The Texas Tech Red Raiders participate in 17 varsity teams as well as 30 club sports. Scarlet and black are the team’s colors and fans wear either those colors or Texas Tech merchandise in general. The Arkansas Razorbacks play in Fayetteville, AR. They adopted Hogs as their nickname. The Hogs can be used to describe either the women or men’s sports there. The Razorbacks are the only NCAA Division school that has a porcine nickname.
